What payment methods are available?
Bonanza Wholesale Meats accepts Visa, M/C, American Express and Discover.

Does Bonanza Wholesale Meats provide instructions for preparation?
Yes,  can be located on our Preparation and Handling page of our website.

How is my package shipped?
Each package is shipped frozen i
n a reusable cooler with dry ice and sealed in a master shipping container. Packages are shipped Federal Express 2nd Day Air. 

                                                         

How long does it take to receive my package?
All shipments are sent on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Can I choose my shipping date?
Yes, you may order now and delay shipment until closer to a holiday or special occasion.

Do you notify gift recipients prior to delivery?
Yes, with enough notice we will mail a gift certificate to let them know they have a gift coming to them. This allows them to notify us if they need to change a date of shipment or use an alternative address.

Is it really necessary for me to provide you with a recipient phone number?
Yes. Federal Express requires a phone number to assist in getting your package to its destination quickly.

Do you share my information with other companies?
No. Bonanza Wholesale Meats does not share customer information.
